The KITCHEN boasts modern stainless-steel appliances. With not one, but two ice-makers, you'll have an endless supply of ice for those refreshing beachside drinks. We've stocked various dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment to ensure you have everything to whip up a beach picnic, cozy dinner or holiday feast.
The DINING AREA has seating for 8-10, plus counter seating for 2. Lounge on comfortable seating in the spacious LIVING AREA as you catch up on your favorite shows, movies or the big game on the large-screen TV.
When you're not enjoying the beach, head over to the community POOL, just steps from the house. Perfect for an early morning swim or to keep the kiddos occupied for a while after the day’s adventures.

One week before your arrival, you will receive an email with your door code and some tips to help your arrival go smoothly.

▪️ Our bunk room allows us to accommodate extra guests as needed. For groups larger than 18, please message us for approval.
▪️ Flamingo Destin utilizes exterior security cameras to ensure your safety. No interior cameras are used.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

🔹50% refund (less 5% cancellation fee) up to 14 days prior to arrival
PAYMENT TERMS:
50% of the accommodation fee is required to secure your reservation. 25% of the balance is due 45 days prior to arrival and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date.
